Crew working out of Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach come from dozens of countries, with dozens of insurance situations, on tight turnaround schedules. The US healthcare system isn’t designed for that. We are.
Our job is simple: make sure crew get good care in the US, fast, and that the captain, management company, and crew member all know exactly what’s happening and what it’s going to cost.
We operate from South Florida, close to the yards and marinas crew actually work out of.
We’re not tied to a single hospital or insurer. We pick the right provider for the situation.
We understand turnaround, watch keeping, MLC requirements, and what a captain actually needs to hear at 11pm.
We work with established US healthcare providers across primary care, urgent care, and specialty medicine.
CrewDoctor coordinates care through licensed US physicians, urgent care groups, and hospital systems in Florida. We do not own clinical practices ourselves — we route crew to the right established provider for what they need and handle everything around that appointment.
